My Identity Journey

My Identity Journey: Four Days, One Platform, Six Months

My Identity Journey program runs across three phases: a period of on-line preparation before the training, four immersive days together (three days of core training and one recommended day of integration) and six months of continued work inside the My Identity Journey community (on-line).

Our networking and learning space lives on Mighty Networks. The same platform participants use for prework, and the one that continues to host the community for six months after the training ends.

This page walks through what each phase actually involves. For the philosophy behind the program (why it exists and who it serves) see About the Program.

How the My Identity Journey Training Is Structured

Phase 1: Prework on the platform

Before the group ever meets in person, participants begin on the My Identity Journey platform: initial reflection, orientation to the core model, and the groundwork that lets the in-person days start from depth rather than from zero.

Phase 2: Four days in person

Three full days of core training, followed by a fourth day of integration. The fourth day is recommended, not required – most participants choose to stay. It’s used for reflection, additional individual conversations, and deeper integration in nature.

Phase 3: Six months of integration

The training doesn’t end when the group disperses. For those who want to stay part of the process, six months of continued work inside the My Identity Journey community on the same platform follows — translating what surfaced during the training into decisions, habits, and direction in everyday life.

Phase 1: Prework on the My Identity Journey Platform

The My Identity Journey training now begins before day one.

Once a participant registers, they get access to the My Identity Journey platform on Mighty Networks, where the prework takes place – reflection prompts and orientation to the core model that the four days will build on. The goal is simple: by the time the group is in the room together, everyone already has the shared vocabulary and a first layer of self-observation in place. That means less time spent explaining the framework, and more time spent working inside it.

Mighty Networks is also where the six-month integration phase will later live, so participants are already familiar with the space (our shared networking and learning environment) before they need it for the long run.

Phase 2: Four Days of My Identity Journey Training

The in-person training runs across four days: three days of core work, plus a fourth day of integration for those who choose to extend their stay.

Day 1 of My Identity Journey — building self-awareness and foundations for personal growth

Day 1 - Foundations

The first day builds the shared framework for the days ahead. Participants are introduced to the My Identity Journey model and its key reference points: the four dimensions of identity (physical, social, psychological, and intuitive) and Erik Erikson’s view of identity as a lifelong developmental process rather than a fixed trait.

Through guided reflection, participants begin mapping the experiences and turning points that have shaped how they think, feel, and act – including the distinction between values that hold up regardless of circumstance and those that depend on external validation.

The day closes with the first integration experience: guided breathwork and reflection designed to settle the day’s material before moving into Day 2.

Day 2 of My Identity Journey — achievement and inner connection through experiential learning

Day 2 - Achievement and Inner Connection

Day 2 turns to how identity shapes the way we pursue results. Participants work with the psychological dimension of identity through archetypal patterns – recognizable inner postures such as the King/Queen, the Warrior, the Magician, and the Lover, exploring both their constructive expression and the patterns that emerge when they fall out of balance.

The day also works with the physical and social dimensions: the body as a source of information rather than background noise, and the roles we occupy as mirrors, containers, and scripts that shape what we believe we’re allowed to want or express.

Scent is used deliberately throughout the training as a sensory anchor, supporting faster access to internal states and a more grounded connection between cognitive insight and lived experience.

By the end of Day 2, participants have started building a personal map for pursuing results with more clarity and less friction.

Day 3 of My Identity Journey — dealing with the unexpected and personal transformation

Day 3 - Dealing with the Unexpected

The third day focuses on the capacity to meet uncertainty without losing orientation. Participants work with the distinction between the observer — a stable vantage point that can hold experience without being run by it — and reactive identities, which are triggered, habitual, and shaped by conditioning rather than choice.

This includes practicing what we call pulsing: consciously stepping into an identity that serves the moment, and consciously stepping back from it once it’s no longer useful — rather than staying fused with any single role by default.

Participants also work with vision that requires an identity shift: defining what would need to change internally, not just externally, to reach a genuinely expanded future. The day closes with a second integration experience, combining breathwork, music, and reflection.

Day 4 - Integration (Recommended)

The fourth day is not part of the core curriculum, and it isn’t required. It exists because three intensive days of identity work tend to leave things unsettled, and a night’s sleep in the same environment is rarely enough to metabolize them. Day 4 gives space to let what surfaced during the training actually land – before travel, work, and daily routines take over again. Most participants choose to stay for it, and we recommend building it into your travel plans if your schedule allows.

Phase 3: Six Months of Integration (Recommended)

For many participants, the end of Day 3 (or Day 4) marks the beginning of a new chapter rather than the end of the process.

For six months following the training, participants continue on the My Identity Journey platform on Mighty Networks – the same networking and learning space they were introduced to during prework. This phase is built around three things: translating identity insights into concrete intentions, designing goals and structures that actually support them, and building a short-term, self-accountability plan with visible indicators of progress.

The intention is straightforward: insight that isn’t translated into action tends to fade. This phase exists to make sure it doesn’t.
